NUC Teams Inspect JBU Facilities for Resource Verification

A high-powered delegation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) has concluded a two-day resource verification visit to Jimoh Babalola University (JBU), Ilorin.

​The exercise, which took place between November 17 and 18, involved a rigorous assessment of the University’s readiness for academic activities. Specialized teams inspected the institution’s state-of-the-art laboratories, digital library, and lecture theaters at the University campus in the Asa Dam area.

​The delegation also conducted a verification of the credentials of academic and non-academic staff to ensure compliance with the Core Curriculum Minimum Academic Standards (CCMAS). The successful completion of this exercise is the final requirement before the commencement of the 2025/2026 academic session.
