The approval came through a letter signed by the Registrar of the Council, Ndagi Alhassan, PhD, RN, FWACN, dated 7th July, 2026. This approval follows the Council’s advisory accreditation visit to the University between 9th and 10th June, 2026. Thus, reaffirming the quality of the University’s resource to run the Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.Nsc) Programme.
This landmark achievement reflects the University’s unwavering dedication to expanding access to professional, industry-relevant academic Programmes through state-of-the-art facilities. Thus, addressing the nation’s healthcare and manpower needs.
Speaking on the development, the Officer-in-Charge of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office, Prof. Muftau Adeniyi Ijaiya, FNSRN, CMA, described the approval as another step in its mission to produce competent and globally competitive healthcare professionals who will make meaningful contributions to the country’s healthcare sector.
The Founder of the University, Alhaji Kazeem Babalola, expressed happiness on the achievement and commended the University Council and Management team for a job well done.
